CLIENT ADVISOR

VENICE, CENTRAL AREA

 

OFFERING:

• Salary up to €27K, according to experience
• Great Benefits and bonus scheme
• 40 hours per week

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Stay up to date with collections, demonstrating strong product knowledge and a results-driven approach to exceeding KPI targets.
• Support daily operations in collaboration with colleagues and management, ensuring impeccable standards on the sales floor, in the stockroom, and in VM, in line with company guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a strong focus on CRM, clienteling, and after-sales processes.
• Act as a brand ambassador, building long-term relationships with new customers and VIP clientele.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 year’s experience in a premium or luxury fashion industry
• Currently working with KPIs, CRM & clients appointments
• Fluent in English language
